Newly elected Senator, Hon Solomon Olamilekan Adeola widely known as "Yayi" is a wanted man at the moment, his loyalists who worked to ensure he clinched the Lagos West Senatorial District victory want him at all cost. This development came about as the Politician has become scarce among his loyalists who toiled day and night to help him win the Senatorial election. Most of his loyalists who throng his office and home on a daily basis to get compensation for their work were disappointed as Yayi is said to be playing hide and seek with them.
A source who wouldn't want mentioned told The Society Nigeria that the former Lagos Assembly man shortly after the elections went underground, he disappeared from the scene, adopted the hide and seek strategy to avoid loyalists and favour seekers who visit his home and office daily. Whereas before the election Hon Yayi was conspicuous he was available to whoever wanted his attention, but after the election he went missing.
Our source added that Hon Yayi have spent a lot of money on the election that giving out another money in the name of compensating his loyalists would be very much impossible, hence the hide and seek ploy adopted to avoid those asking for compensation. Hon Yayi was declared winner of the Lagos West Senatorial election which held in March 2015, he defeated Hon Segun Adewale who is popularly called Aeroland. He (Aeroland) is at the moment challenging Yayi's victory at the election tribunal.
