AFTERMATH OF FIRE DISASTER: MOBIL FUEL STATION IKEJA IN RUINS
Two days after the massive fire outbreak at the Oba Akran Mobil filling station Ikeja Lagos owners of the place are still counting their losses. A fuel tanker carrying 33,000 liters of petrol on Tuesday march 18, 2014 had it's gas tank pierced due to lack of access to discharge it contents. It's access road had been clogged by vehicle waiting to buy fuel. Fire fighters and emergency services official battled hard to save the day by putting out the fire, but before then many damages have been incurred, several vehicles went up in flames and one person injured. The incident was blamed on fuel crisis currently ravaging Nigeria.
