Thats exactly what popular make over artist Eniola Efunkoya who operates by the trade name AweleBeauty just committed. She agreed to marry another man, a music video director Matthew Abiodun Aina (Matt Max) while still in a subsisting marriage.
Eniola Efunkoya and her new lover Matt Max had on August 30, 2014 done their introduction secretly, it was a hurriedly done ceremony after Eniola left her matrimonial home and moved into the house of the new lover, the ceremony came as a shock to most family members and friends as it was shielded from them. Many didn’t know of the introduction until gist started flying around. Now the lovebirds have gone ahead to marry, the marriage came up Thursday July 9, 2015 at a venue in Ikorodu Lagos
This development is said to have
pitched Matt Max and his family against one another, they are not happy
with him. The reason being that he also allegedly dumped his fiancée, Martina,
who is a known face to his immediate family, for the said Eniola Efunkoya, who
is still legally binded maritally to another man. It was gathered that Matt Max
was in a relationship of about four years with Martina Atsuelime but left her
for Eniola.
A source told us, “We
never knew her (Eniola), we have not seen her family. She moved into his house
and drove out everyone. Eniola just came into the picture, she told us her name
is Eniola Cole. It was those who knew her that told us her husband’s name is
Cole. She got married to the man (Demola Cole) at Winners Chapel, Ijebu Ode,
Ogun state and they are not divorced. This is unbelievable.”
The estranged husband, Demola Cole, had reportedly stated that: “I got married to Adeola Eniola Efunkoya in May, 2011. She left the marriage, May 2014, for another guy who is a music video director (Matthew Abiodun Aina) Matt Max. She left the marriage because of her secret affair with the so called Mattmax. “On so many occasions, I called Matt Max over his secret affair with my wife. She has not properly divorced me because she is still my legal wife and now she has gotten married to the guy out there. All I need her do is to answer to the divorce letter because I am already free from her bondage of four years.”
