

Her mother, the elegant Yemisi Wada, 50, also wore Emmanuel Ungaro Fabric from Joel and Son, laced with swarovski crystals in peach and was all smiles for the special occasion, graced by her husband Dahiru Wada, and many dignitaries. Their makeup was by Banke Meshida-Lawal of BM|Pro, who also captured them in their bubbly element before Temi tied the knot.
However with the absence of Fani-Kayode, Dahiru Wada, Temitope's stepfather took the place of the bride’s father. Dahiru is the son of Inua Wada, a one-time minister in the First Republic. Also in attendance at the ceremony were Otunba Adekunle Ojora and wife Ojuolape, Otunba Subomi Balogun and wife Abimbola, Dame Abimbola Fashola, Chief (Mrs) Nike Akande, Mrs. Yemi Ransome-Kuti, and other eminent Nigerians.Wada also played a huge role during the wedding introduction. His family members, notably, Mrs. Ajoke Mohammed, widow of the late military Head of State, Muritala Mohammed, was in attendance. The late former Head of State was a nephew of Dahiru’s father, Alhaji Inua Wada. The second leg of the wedding ceremony, the white wedding, will hold in London in October
