FOR FEAR OF POSSIBLE CLASH WITH EX WIFE, FEMI FANI KAYODE SHUNS DAUGHTER'S WEDDING

For fear of possible clash with his former wife and mother of his three children, Chief Femi Fani Kayode opted to stay out of his daughter Temitope's wedding. The former aviation minister made good his threat to stay away from the ceremony after his ex wife Yemisi Wada threatened not to recognise him if he should attend. Temitope is the daughter between FFK and Yemisi Wada an NOG operator.

Recalled that, Fani-Kayode, had earlier stayed away from his daughter's introduction with Bashorun J.K. Randle's son Jaiye, on January 22, 2015 and again this. Temitope Fani-Kayode traditional engagement to Jaiye Randle son of Chief Jaiye .K. Randle  was yesterday – Sunday July 5, 2015 at The Imperial at The Coliseum, Providence Road in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos. The bride’s sisters, Tobi, Tumi and Folake also daughters of Femi Fani-Kayode (who changed his name to David Oluwafemi Olukayode last week, and close friends wore blue as AsoEbi while the bride was in white and gold Emmanuel Ungaro fabric from Joel and Son and matching white and gold aso oke.
Her mother, the elegant Yemisi Wada, 50, also wore Emmanuel Ungaro Fabric from Joel and Son, laced with swarovski crystals in peach and was all smiles for the special occasion, graced by her husband Dahiru Wada, and many dignitaries. Their makeup was by Banke Meshida-Lawal of BM|Pro, who also captured them in their bubbly element before Temi tied the knot.
However with the absence of Fani-Kayode, Dahiru Wada, Temitope's stepfather took the place of the bride’s father. Dahiru is the son of Inua Wada, a one-time minister in the First Republic. Also in attendance at the ceremony were Otunba Adekunle Ojora and wife Ojuolape, Otunba Subomi Balogun and wife Abimbola, Dame Abimbola Fashola, Chief (Mrs) Nike Akande, Mrs. Yemi Ransome-Kuti, and other eminent Nigerians.

Wada also played a huge role during the wedding introduction. His family members, notably, Mrs. Ajoke Mohammed, widow of the late military Head of State, Muritala Mohammed, was in attendance. The late former Head of State was a nephew of Dahiru’s father, Alhaji Inua Wada. The second leg of the wedding ceremony, the white wedding, will hold in London in October
