CHRISTIAN WORLD MOURNS RENOWNED PREACHER, MYLES MUNROE. HIS LIFE IN WORDS AND PIX

The death in a Private Jet crash on Monday of Renowned Televangelist Dr Myles Munroe and his wife Ruth has left the Christian world devastated. Those whose lives the American have touched are still in shock over the accident and has been expressing their deepest sympathy.

In his words of Fred Hammond said he is heartbroken, he quoted Dr Munroe's popular words to illustrate his pain, 'The graveyard is the richest place in the world... Because it's filled with so many unrealized visions and dreams. - Dr Myles Munroe. Heartbroken over the loss of my friend.'

Pastor Paul Adefarasin is still inconsolable, here is what he said about the passing onto glory of Dr. Myles Munroe. 'Christendom has lost a leader, but heaven welcomed a general. We mourn the
tragic passing of a great man, but re-echo his words: "The greater tragedy would have been a life lived without fulfilling purpose." Rest in our Father's bosom Dr Myles and Ruth Munroe.

Daystar's Rev. Sam Adeyemi twitted thus shortly after the news hit town, 'Sad to hear of the passing of outstanding and inspiring mentor, Dr Myles Munroe and his wife, along with others. IT IS WELL!'
Rhema Church senior pastor Ray McCauley described Munroe as a profound speaker and a hero of faith. A great hero of faith is gone but those of us who have had the privilege to know and interact with him can attest that he has run a good race

The transformation leader and business coach died in a plane crash in the Bahamas on Sunday. His wife Ruth was also killed along with seven others, including the ministry’s senior vice president and pastor Richard Pinder, who were on board the Lear 36 Executive Jet headed to Freeport in the Bahamas for the Global Leadership Forum organised by Munroe’s ministry.

Over the years, the business-savvy evangelist and author had built a sizeable business empire through Myles Munroe International, which includes leadership institutes, a publishing company, a TV network, a missions agency as well as radio and web communications. He also authored and co-authored over 100 books including Power of Vision and Maximising your Potential. The family is survived by Chisara and Chairo Munroe, also known as Myles Jnr, who weren't on the plane.
