On Saturday November 8, 2014, Oba Frederick Obateru Akinruntan, the Olugbo of Ugbo, Okoro Ajiga 1, celebrated his 5th coronation anniversary in his newly completed palace in Ondo State. The event had in attendance dignitaries from far and wide, they were treated to a classy reception by the oil billionaire. The guests were entertained by Evangelist Ebenezer Obey.

It was truly a wedding to remember, the dream of everyone to be pampered in an exclusive place in London with everything at their beck and call.

The who is who in Nigeria gathered last weekend in London, when the daughter of Benin-born billionaire, Ivie Uhunoma Okunbor, and son of the Olu of Warri, Utieyinoritsetsola Ayonmigbesimi Emiko, tied the knots. A week earlier they had done their traditional wedding ceremony in the ancient city of Benin, Edo State.

Over ten private jets conveying dignitaries from different parts of the country for the colourful ceremony landed at Benin Airport between Friday and Saturday.

For the white wedding proper at St Luke's Church, Chelsea in London, it was a spectacle to behold. Dignitaries at the occasion painted London glam and jolly, there are Governor Adams Oshiomhole, Chief Tony Anenih, Senator Ben Obi, Chairman of Skye Bank, Dr. Tunde Ayeni, Pastor Ayo Oritsejiafor, Chief Ifeanyi Uba; Julie Coker, Solomon Edebiri, Senator Daisy Danjuma, Chief Ayiri Emani and others
